In RPG Maker, how do I make the screen scroll along with the character remaining centered as you walk?

It IS possible without having to download Game Maker, because I’ve seen games made with RPG Maker that do that. Some examples: Yume Nikki or Pokemon fan games. Is there a script, maybe? I think games look better when the screen moves with the character, rather than the screen turning to a new map when the character reaches a map’s edge.
