How to fix invisible buttons/icons in world of warcraft?

Hello,
I’ve just installed World of warcraft and the 2 expansions, and downloaded all of the patches, up to 3.3.3. When I try to play it, most of the buttons and icons and scroll bars are invisible, and that makes creating a character and playing really hard! Does anybody know how to fix this? Please Help!
