In what RPG do you roll separate dice for skill, equipment, and motivation, then total the 2 highest?

I am trying to remember the name of a pencil and paper RPG where task resolution requires the player to roll 3 separate dice for their character’s skill, equipment, and motivation then total the 2 highest of the 3 rolls. Does anyone know what RPG this is? Thanks!
