What is the 10 digit authentication code for World of Warcraft?

My friend’s World of Warcraft account recently got hacked and he emailed Blizzard about it. They told him they need his 10 digit authentication code and he doesn’t know what that is, and neither do I. Can someone please tell me what that is and how I can find it?
