How can I make World Of Warcraft run smoothly without checking the Reduce input lag box?

Ok when I play World Of Warcraft on my computer, it runs on great frame rates but there is some glitching with my character back and forth when I move, when I check the reduce input lag button the glitchness goes away but my framerates drop DRAMATICLY, is there ANY way to fix this so I can have no glitchness and have wow run on my normal frames?
