How do I restore the video settings in World of Warcraft outside of the game?

I have been having trouble with World of Warcraft and it crashing mid-game because of my video settings, now it won’t go past the load screen and I’ve tried the WoW repair tool… How can I restore the default graphic/video settings in WoW without having to be in-game?? Thanks
