What are some games similar to World of Warcraft that are played online on PC?

I like world of warcraft a lot, but it’s getting kind of old and I’m a little tired of it. I’m into games that are played online with other people (like WoW), but I don’t want one that I have to pay for every month. Anyone know any good ones?
no runescape. I’ve been there too many times too. and you can’t have any decent fun without paying monthly either
